Private and group lessons

Private and small group lessons are a great choice to improve your athletic performance. Through a strategic mix of theoretical instruction and practical drills, class participants become comfortable with stroke improvements.

Group practices

Join these classes, where I’ll teach you the ins and outs of swimming. This is a guided group class every Sunday year-round for clients of any age and experience level. It’s a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance, with measurable improvements during each session.

7-8:15 a.m. – This class is for proficient swimmers looking for technique instruction followed by a main set.

8:30 – 9:30 a.m. – This class is for beginning swimmers looking for technique instruction followed by a basic set that can be completed by anyone capable of swimming 100 yards without stopping.

NEW!! – 5:30-6:45 a.m. – This weekday practice meets on Wednesdays. It’s a great way to get in your yardage and practice between Sunday sessions.
