How to Flip Turn in Three Easy Steps!

EASY AS 1-2-3!

Learning the flip turn will allow you to train at faster
intervals and keep pace with other swimmers your
speed. It reinforces your streamline, creates
momentum and builds breath control.

1 - Flip & Stick: Somersault close to the wall and stop
when your feet land on the wall.

2 - Flip & Push: Flip and push off in a streamline
position on your back.

3 - Flip & Twist: Flip, push off and twist your body to
the side and then to your stomach.
