Group Open Water Swim
We hold weekly, one-hour group open water sessions in the nearby Catawba River. This is the only coached swim with a 300 yard out-and-back course marked by race buoys. It is held in a swimmer-friendly section of the river where the water is mostly chest-deep with very little boat traffic. It is at a private marina with facilities and easy, free parking.
