Coach Doug Miller
Doug Miller is the founder and owner of Miller Swimming, which specializes in aquatic instruction at all levels. Programs include group adult practices and private lessons. He specializes in adult triathlon swim training as well as open water marathon preparation. He is founder of Charlotte’s open water swim race series, which draws participation nationwide. Doug swam at Division 1 University of Delaware for four years, where his team won the East Coast Conference Championship.
Coach Meaghan Holloway
Meaghan Holloway achieved state titles and competed at the junior and senior national level as a swimmer. She swam at Division 1 Virgina Tech, where she was captain for her final two years. After graduation she pursued her Master’s degree at a neighboring college, Radford University. She served as an assistant coached for their D1 women’s program. Throughout her career she has coached summer league, assisted with club and college coaching, and has coached the masters level.

Welcome! This 8-week course will transform your freestyle. You will learn to swim with efficiency and power. You will learn foundational principles in the first half of the class. In the second half, you will carry over those techniques into a personalized training plan.
